Items may be returned within 7 days from the time of delivery. Item must be unused, in brand new condition and in the original packaging. If you selected the White Glove Delivery service, the delivery team as a courtesy will remove all debris and packaging. Kindly ask the delivery team to keep all of the packaging if you feel a return might be a possibility. Otherwise, your order will not be eligible for a return without the packaging.
All items will be inspected upon return. Any items returned in used or poor (non-resellable) condition will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and are nonrefundable. Furniture returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If an item arrives with a true defect, you must take photos of the item and the box it came in to initiate an exchange. Item must be unused and in its original packaging. You have 7 days from the time of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Special order and custom items are not eligible for return. This includes any canvas art items, as all of our canvas art is made to order.
