Ltl Freight Return Shipping

PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING 

If you would like for us to handle the logistics of your return or exchange including pick up, you may purchase the return shipping fee here. Please only purchase this if your return or exchange has already been approved. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. This is only for large freight items (sofas and sectionals, dining tables, beds, etc.), NOT small parcel items. 

Please select the correct tier as provided in your return approval email from our team. The different tiers are used to calculate the shipping fee based on item size and weight. Failure to select the correct tier will result in a delay or cancellation of the return/exchange.
