Do you have a physical store? 
We are currently an online retailer only.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Small parcel items ship FedEx ground and will arrive within 5-7 business days. Freight items (large furniture items such as sofas, sectionals, etc.) ship via a freight carrier and arrive within 1-3 weeks. 

What delivery options do you offer? 
For freight items, we offer free curbside delivery or white glove delivery for an additional fee. With curbside delivery, your item will be delivered to the first covered outdoor area of your home (i.e. porch). With white glove delivery, your item will be delivered inside your home and includes assembly. Both options are available at checkout. 

Can I schedule a specific delivery date? 
Yes, for items that ship freight you will have the ability to choose your delivery date. Once the item arrives at the final delivery station, the delivery team will contact you to schedule your home delivery so that you can choose a date that works best for you. 

Do your products come with a warranty? 
Most of our products include a warranty however the warranty terms vary for each product. Feel free to ask about warranty details for a particular product in our chat box. 

Do you offer financing options? 
Yes, we offer financing through Affirm. The option "Pay with Affirm" is available at checkout and will prompt you to enter a few pieces of information. Within a few seconds you will be notified of the loan amount you are approved for and you will be able to select a payment plan that works best for you. 

Are the cushion covers on your Sky Collection sectionals removable? 
Yes, the cushion covers on the Sky Linen Deluxe, Sky Velvet Deluxe, and Sky Velvet sectionals are removable. 

Are the Sky Collection sectionals modular? Can I buy pieces individually? 
Yes, the Sky Linen Deluxe, Sky Velvet Deluxe, and Sky Velvet sectionals are completely modular. This means you can move pieces of the sectional around to create the perfect configuration for your space. Each piece of the sectional can always be purchased individually if you ever want to add more pieces to your sectional!
