SHIPPING

We currently only offer U.S. domestic shipping to the lower 48 contiguous states. 

In stock items ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. 

Some items may ship separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail for each shipment. 

SMALL PARCEL SHIPPING:

Small parcel items ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Current ground shipping time is 1-5 business days (please note this does not include order processing time). We offer free shipping for all small parcel items. 

FREIGHT SHIPPING:

Large items, or freight items, ship via a freight carrier. 

Freight shipping times vary based on your location. On average, freight shipments take around 1-2 weeks to arrive at your local delivery terminal. Once the shipment arrives at the local delivery terminal, the delivery company will contact you to schedule your home delivery via the contact information you provided when placing the order. You will always be able to schedule your home delivery appointment, as you must be present to accept the delivery. 

For most freight items, we offer free curbside delivery or white glove delivery for an additional fee. With curbside delivery, your item will be delivered to the first covered outdoor area of your home (i.e. porch). With white glove delivery, your item will be delivered inside your home and includes assembly. 

Missed delivery appointments are subject to incur an additional fee. If you schedule a delivery appointment with the carrier, and the carrier shows up to the delivery location at the scheduled time and you are not there to accept the delivery, it is considered a missed delivery. You will be able to reschedule the delivery, but a missed delivery fee may apply.
